He estado leyendo sobre la paga de verano y éste sería el resumen para los que tenemos un contrato anual con el CBE, como es el caso de los profesores visitantes (Grupo 1):
Salary earned will consist of 12 monthly payments at the rates in effect from September through to June each year. The 11th and 12th payment are considered Teacher Pay Out (TPO) and are earned at the rate in effect for June of that year.
The first TPO payment for all teachers will be the 3rd last day of June (same pay date as the regular June salary payment).
The second TPO payment for probationary, temporary contract and terminating or retiring teachers will be July 7 (seven days following the end of the regular pay period).
The second TPO payment for continuing contract teachers will be the 3rd last day of July.
Según he entendido, 3 días antes de que acabe junio cobramos:
Nuestra paga normal de junio + la primera parte de "la paga de verano", que no sería una "extra" sino más bien un adelanto de julio.
La segunda paga de verano sería 7 días para todos los profesores visitantes, ya que nunca tenemos el estatus "continuing contract teachers". De nuevo, esa paga no sería una "extra" sino un adelanto de Agosto, que no se cobraría.
¿Alguien lo puede confirmar?
